Hi Erik,
Sorry you have not received you order as expected. You mention it not being at your holiday home when you arrived. However the shipping and Billing address are both an address in London. This address appears to be wrong or incomplete.
According to Royal Mail Tracking they attempted to make a delivery on 30-06-2025. It says they were unable to deliver to this address as they were unable to identify it. The parcel is being returned to us.
I have asked our shipping team to contact you to clarify the delivery address so that we can forward it to the correct address once it has been returned to us,
